P. Sue Perrotty, Chairman

Sue Perrotty, was the Executive Vice President and head of Operations for First Union National Bank, and had 26 years of banking experience prior to her decision to become involved in other activities in December 2001.  She is very active in guiding the KnowledgeFlow’s development, makes introductions, reviews technology/operating strategy and plans for large-scale operations.


Dana B. Hoffer, CEO

Having founded KnowledgeFlow, Inc. in 1995, he has led the company from an organization consulting to AT&T, Sovereign Bank, Dun & Bradstreet and Unisys to a firm focused on making the Internet more usable.  His ten year career at IBM spanned sales of engineering, commercial, and space systems in the US and internationally.  His leadership at IBM was recognized with multiple opportunities to expand new IBM businesses in retail, commercial, consulting, and the Internet.  After closing one of IBM’s first and largest professional consulting practice, Dana founded KnowledgeFlow with IBM colleague Ravi Bala.


Ravi N. Bala, COO

As the co-founder of KnowledgeFlow, Inc. he directs the company’s technology, services development and operations teams worldwide.  Ravi brings more than 20 years broad-based experience in technology design, strategy development and consulting;  experience developed as president and managing director of InteliSoft, Inc., an executive at IBM, a nuclear engineer at Ebasco Services Inc., and as a research and development nuclear physicist for Combustion Engineering.


Maureen Buck, VP Business Development

Prior to joining KnowledgeFlow, Inc in 2001, Maureen was VP of Strategic Partnerships for LevelEdge Inc., a San Francisco-based company specializing in on-line sports industry applications.  Her extensive sports business background includes the creation of the Pinnacle Management Group, an athlete representation firm located in Chapel Hill NC.  Maureen has also been a registered principal with a private money management firm in New York and, one year out of college, she was one of the youngest female franchisees when she built, owned, and operated six Domino Pizza franchises in New Jersey.
